Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personalized items, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you prefer.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
